Quality Standards

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Payment Terms

• Sample Orders: 100% advance payment
• Bulk Orders: 30% advance, 70% before shipment
• Regular Customers: Credit terms available upon approval

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Quraysh Agro Farms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms

• FOB (Free on Board): Buyer pays shipping from Karachi Port
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We arrange shipping to destination port
• CFR (Cost and Freight): Similar to CIF without insurance
• EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges pickup from our facility

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on order size and destination:

• Sample Orders: 3-5 business days
• Small Bulk Orders: 7-14 business days
• Large Orders: 15-30 business days
• Custom Orders: 30-45 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. We provide shipping quotes upon request. Free shipping may be available for orders above $500 within certain regions.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of agricultural products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Product does not match the ordered specifications
• Quality issues verified by independent inspection

Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Provide photos and detailed description of the issue
3. Wait for our quality team's assessment
4. Return authorization will be provided if claim is valid
5. Ship product back at buyer's expense (unless our fault)

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14-30 days after receiving and inspecting returned products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
